Emily L. Zychowicz

Biography

Emily Zychowicz earned her B.A. in Psychology from Washington College in Maryland in 2004. Following her graduation, she worked directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Emily earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore in 2009. She initially practiced in the area of Social Security disability benefits. Thereafter, she was the Director of a Maryland Autism Waiver provider agency before returning to the practice of law in 2018. Since that time, she has focused her practice on estate planning, Medical Assistance planning, guardianship, and disability-related matters, and is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and a board member of a local private school.
