Janice Song: Associate Attorney
Janice Song earned her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She thereafter earned her M.S. in Gifted Education from Johns Hopkins University, where she conducted research on standardized testing for gifted students and designed curriculum for gifted education programs. Janice earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2024. Following her graduation from law school, Janice served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Kramer in the Circuit Court for Howard County for the 2024 to 2025 term, where she assisted the Court in matters including family law cases, guardianship proceedings, and other civil matters. Janice was admitted to the Maryland Bar in December 2024 and joined BZ Elder Law in October 2025. Janice is fluent in Korean and is able to assist Korean-speaking clients in navigating legal matters.
Andrea Ferguson: Office Manager
Andrea Ferguson earned her Bachelor's Degree from the Atma Jaya Catholic University in Jakarta, Indonesia. She worked in banking for approximately 12 years before joining the BZ Elder Law team as a legal assistant in 2024. In 2026, Andrea was promoted to the position of Office Manager.
