Biography
Randi Bocanegra earned her B.A. in Sociology/Psychology from Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, South Dakota in 1995. Following her graduation, she relocated to Maryland where she worked providing direct services and advocacy to people with Developmental Disabilities for over 10 years. In 2009, Randi earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore and has been in practice providing representation to clients related to estate planning, Medical Assistance planning, guardianship and disability issues ever since.
